Default Hidden exhaust...

I am looking for an exhaust system on somewhat of a budget that is hidden. I would prefer not to dump it after the exhaust.

1. What price range would I pay for a catback system with turndown tips after the rear axle?

2. What is your recommendation between Flowmaster and Magnaflow (I want something loud and aggressive but not overly obnoxious).

You're probably not going to find a kit that has what you want. Find a good shop to bend some stainless for what you're looking for. Draw them pictures and make sure they know what you want, crayon usually works well. I'd go with a Magnaflow. What type of setup are you wanting DI/DO, SI/DO, or duals?

If you plan on making this exhaust hidden, I would go with a SI/SO setup. You're not going to notice power difference with a dual kit and it's just going to cost you more money. Magnaflow has a deeper tone while the Flowmaster is more tinny.

Default Yup, what he said

For a hidden that does what you want, just go to a local pipe shop and have it made. You will be surprised how well a custom (simple) exhaust prices versus something you can mail order.

I have a 40 series flowmaster with the pipes dumped over the rear axle. Sounds good and I'm happy with it.

How much would you say it would cost to run a SI/SO system manufactured at a shop vs. a SI/DO system? I want to run it past the rear axle and hide behind the roll pan...
