Looks great! Was it as hard as you thought or easier?

Thanks, and not too bad. Scrolled through a few how-to's and watched some of the TRS Youtube videos. Biggest thing was just taking my time and doing it right.

This has been the case since the retrofit and is now bothering me to the point where I want to do something about it:

When my (Morimoto LED) fogs are on and I go to high beam, the fogs cancel out as they should. When I return to low beam, one of my headlights stays on high beam. This only occurs if my fogs are on, so I have to manually turn the fogs off to switch back to low beam. Has anyone else with HIDs and Morimoto LED fogs run into this? Right now I'm thinking the Bambi mod is my best solution, but open to any others.

I use the Babmbi mod on my 07, I have Morimoto fogs and all Morimoto retrofit (bulbs, ballasts, motocontrol harness) and do not have that issue. I did sand down my plunger on the H1's and apply a high temp lube to them. Does sound more electrical though than mechanical.

Yeah, I'm wondering if it's because the Morimoto fogs don't pull as much power but I'm not sure. I'll probably just go with the Bambi mod.

I cant really help you other than tell you that I had the Bambi mod before my retrofit and Morimoto fogs and do not have the issue you are describing. Cant even remember how I did the Bambi mod.....lol. I think I bent one spade over on a relay in the passenger kick panel.

In case anyone else runs into this issue, Bambi mod took care of it.
