HID Projector Retrofit

HID Projector Retrofit
Guys,
The time has come... I feel confident enough to perform an HID retrofit on my 08 FX4. I'll be going with the FX-R 3" projector and GG shrouds but first... can someone please link some oem headlights to use for the retrofit? I don't want to use some cheap Chinese ones that will fog up easily or anything I just want some regular ones like on the truck to retrofit and probably paint how I want. Thanks in advance!

I found these, has anyone tried them with a retrofit? This would save me time painting but I just wonder how well they hold up being 1/4 of the price for an OEM light.

I had those in my truck for maybe 2 months and then they started to fog. I had applied silicon to them right out of the box and they still leaked. Stay away from anything SPEC-D. It's all junk IMO. I hit a deer and smashed them so I told the repair shop to order me a new pair of Harley Lights. I know they were not OEM, but they were not SPEC-D either and they haven't leaked one bit and its been almost a year. Wish I knew the brand so I could help you out, I believe they were around $300 a set. If your trying to save money just bake your OEM and paint the insides...I believe there was a thread on this somewhere before.
