only other thing I can think of is try a new ground spot, I was having only one side work and i thought my grounds were good, ended up the one side wasn't grounded properly.

I tested the ground spout and it was good...part of the frame. I was hoping it would be something I could easily fix like that but it's not looking so.

i hear ur frustration man, i just installed the kit on my 06 the fogs were straight foward and work ok, but the stupid high beems dont work in any position except manual on, but theres no diference between high/low and i snaped the pin on one light also, real good quality !!!!!

9008 work fine and are correct, ballast was bad. Had 12V going in and nothing coming out.
0/2, first set had halogen highs and only 1 high beam worked, second set ballast was bad, maybe this third set will be the charm!!
I am getting real fast at disassembling the front of my truck now though haha.
