i checked and double checked
everything was tight.
even switched bulb sides to see if it was a ballast.
drivers side strobes and passengers side works.

does it do it when the truck is running? if not, you need a relay kit.

if so, the bulb is most likely bad.

it flickers if the truck is running or not.
its not the bulb or the ballast cause i switched sides with both and the same problem is on the drivers side.

if it definitely works on both sides, and you're sure you didnt confuse the components up when you were testing, then you're most likely going to need a relay kit. it provides constant power from the battery for power, but only turns on when the trigger wire is powered.

i was having the same issue with my pass. side as the truck was cranked, but the relay solved it.

yeah you need a relay kit. basically the hid's can't get enough power to start up through the factory wires so you need to wire them straight to the battery using a relay kit.
