Hmmm odd, right around there is where I notice best accleration if you floor it, because when it throws you down in 1st gear you right in the peak torque curve.

Any Engine Lights or Misfire codes ringing off?

Edit: Are you just barely holding your foot on the gas? .7 is a tall gear ratio so if your torque converter is locked like it should be under light throttle load, that may explain the hesitation you are experiencing.

the engine light flashed a cuople of times then went out. my foot is pretty hard in the throttle. under light throttle it almost feels like a hard shift and no lights

Most likley the COPs hard to really know which in is bad, even the cpu isnt always right, so its better to change them all at once.

Mine had the same problem. Ended up being the COPs. I went ahead and changed the plugs when I changed the COPs. My truck run great now.

Check out this TSB. Had this performed on my truck when I had a similar issue and it fixed my issue.
