Default 2006 F150 5.4 Missing

I have a 2006 F150 that started missing so I have replaced all 8 spark plugs & Coil Packs Then Had tested and was told 3 & 4 were missing to replace the injectors I did that and no change. If you sit there listening to the engine run you can tell that the cylinders will fire then stop and you can really feel it when driving. Is it possible that the PCM is causing this o happen?

I used an aftermarket Coil but the plugs are
Motorcraft Spark Plug SP546 Motorcraft Spark Plug SP546
I have even tried moving the coils around to see if 2 of them were bad.

Not being rude but I have to ask, you didn't swap the two bad cylinders with each other right? just have to ask since 3 and 4 are right next to each other. Before I would dig in to anything new I would take out the plugs and coils for 3&4 and start over with them. Make sure everything is done clean, tight, and meticulously. These trucks are very picky about their ignition system. Even a little oil from your fingers on the porcelain of the plugs can cause problems. Then I would trace some wires, check and clean the connections. Did you use dielectric grease in the coil boots? How much?

No I did not switch 3 & 4 with each other and yes I used dielectric grease on the boots but not a lot and when I removed them I could hear the little pop sound from the boots popping off with the grease. I have also changed out the plugs with others still no change.

Default Clean connectors on 3 and 4 cops and injectors

make sure the connectors look good and snap on . You may have to put new orings on injectors ,clean out intake where they fit . Lube with new engine oil . just ruling out stuff . Clean pcm plugs with contact cleaner .

I have done all of that more than once and I have replaced the injectors & orings on 3 & 4. Is there a chance that the PCM is the issue I have tried everything more than once just in case I missed something. The only thing I can see left is a short in both wires on 3 & 4 or if the PCM could be causing this issue?

Default Wires do break inside insulation so an open can cause this

You should ohm it out from pcm plugs . Wires do break inside the insulation / Plus rats and mice will chew on stuff .
