Ummm... Are you sure your motor is a 5.4 3v and not a 4.6???? Your TB picture is telling me its a 4.6... I could be wrong if your CAI came with an elbow to fit to your intake...

Isn't that the VCT solenoid bump in the pass side valve cover in the lower left of the picture?

It looks like it.. But the 4.6 3v did not come out till 2009 or 2010

with the new body style... I think..... I'm starting to get confused.... Could this be a transplant motor?

100% sure that my motor is a 5.4L V8 3v

Well, Thunder is goin to the dealership. I tried everything possible and even the original ignition coils didn't help me out, so I think it's the throttle body.
