Well, I removed the Raybestos links last night and replaced them with TRWs. The TRWs look identical to stock Fords, so my guess is that TRW is the OEM supplier. I'm thinking the problem all along was improper bushings. As you can see in the pic, the Raybestos bushings are much shorter than the TRWs. This is why I was bottoming out on the threads, and the bushings never tightened. Adding washers was only a band aid, and a poor one at that. Rattle is now gone, and truck finally feels like the sway bar is doing it's job.
