Default HELP!!! - Replaced Stock Headunit with Audiophile and now no Seek or Volume

Has anyone ever replaced the stock headunit (2 rear plugs and antenna input) with the Audiophile (3 rear plugs and antenna input) and added the rear subwoofer? After doing this I lost Seek and Volume controls on my steering wheel? Is there anything I can do to get these back? The head unit looks exactely the same as the one that was previously in my truck, it just didn't have the third input for the subwoofer.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated!

Thank you,
tstone3

I think the head unit has to be programmed for your truck. You can google this topic more. The dealer can do it, or I've heard of a service you can ship your head unit off to and have them do it cheaper. While the head units are common across multiple Ford products, they have to support multiple variations of installations. Head unit programming is the key in configuration management.
**The reprogramming may be just for the Nav Head Units. I'm looking into this more, myself.
