Look at the sticker in the drivers side door to determine what Model the truck actually is, ultimately it does not matter what trim it is as they are all the same as far as lift kits go.

You very clearly have a "bracket lift" you will need to get stock spindles at the very least, as another member mentioned some of the bolt hole locations may have been cut off to install the Diff bracket so you will need a shop to fabricate something to put the diff back into the stock location. Other than that and the spindles it should be pretty easy to put back to stock by just removing the bracket lift kit. I suggest taking it to a shop and getting it removed professionally!

On top of that, you would also need stock front and rear crossmembers and stock size block for the rear axle
