Default Help! No Start, Only "Click" Starter and Battery Good

Hey, I have an 2004 F150 5.4 3v

One day I was driving to the store and I stopped to check the mail. Got back in the truck and it didn't start. I got a boost and it didn't start. All the lights and the radio worked fine. When I turn the switch all I hear is a "click". My first thought that it is the starter.

After two days of fighting the top bolt on the starter, it finally came off. I took the battery and starter to Advance auto parts to get tested. Both tested good.

Now I am at a crossroads, I really don't want to pay a professional to look at it or paying to have it towed.

What should I check next? Thank you guys for your help in advance!

They looked good on my sons Ranger last Sunday also, it started when we pulled it into the garage, put in his hew H3 bulbs, then nothing but click click click. Took off his battery cables, cleaned them, cleaned the battery posts and BAM, started right up. Not a single problem since.
