Help needed!! Truck runs awful after spark plug change

This is the 3rd thread I've read with the same issue but not one of the OPs have come back to say what the issue ended up being. I changed COPs and plugs Friday and the truck runs great now other than low (200-250) RPM at a stop. Maybe I just need to let the computer relearn idle...

You could also clean the throttle body, I changed my plugs and the truck still had some rough idle problems and I cleaned my throttle body, it was nasty runs like a champ now

Sooooo, I thought I would come back to report that I didn't have to do anything else after all. My truck now idles as it should. It only took 4-5 days of regular driving.
