Default HELP I can't find a truck

I cannot for the life of me find a truck. I want a 2004+ F150 4x4 King Ranch. My price range is $13,000 so it's most likely going to be high miles. I know they exist out there because I've found a few in that price range just didn't have the money ready. Now that the money is ready I can't find any If anyone has seen any or knows anyone trying to sell theirs I would be willing to take it off their hands if they are in a somewhat reasonable distance to me in Ohio.

Thanks in advance.

Think the problems is the year and model that is hanging you up. This would be a 4-5 year old truck which brings the price down, especially if it has high miles, but wanting the King Ranch shoots the price up a little.

I search a couple sites for 100 miles from Denver, CO (where I live), and they only brought back one result under $13K. Are you maybe willing to drop to a Lariat instead of KR? Might have more luck finding a truck.

If I were closer than I would definitely pick that one up. I'm pretty set on the King Ranch though and I guess I'll just have to keep looking.

If your willing to drop to a Lariat you've got a much bigger option. Tons of them in your area.

man thats a nice rig, I should bust out my clay bar...

I x2 the lariat thing, king ranch is few and far between as they are, and limiting a price will make them harder to find. Im a little bias, but id take a look at the fx4 lariat.

here are the cheapest king ranches in my area.

^ Yeah.. if you can drop to a Lariat in 04-08 body style you can find a nice truck for 13k.

You can try ebay?

Unfortunately for you, the 2004 to 2008 used truck prices have gone up a bit...I don't know how long ago you saw a King Ranch in the price range of $13000.00, but you'll have to look a bit longer now. That price range seems to be the norm for XLT and FX models now; the top of the options model, the King Ranch is fetching more due to the higher prices of the 09's.

Plus, new truck sales are down about 22% right now, and manufacturers have decreased new truck production. It's the first time in 12 years they say this has happened. Good for us that have a 2004 to 2008 model, bad for those on a budget.

Keep looking though, as you may find a person in need of unloading a King Ranch for fast cash. There's always that "deal of the century" possibility.
