HELP "Frost inside my truck"
Hey everyone I have a very costly issue on my hands. I am in Boston and my 08 F150 Fx4 Screw is getting frost & moisture on my windshield, sunroof, and rear window. I did have a leak in my rear power sliding window about 8 weeks ago but it was like 4 inches of rain. I thinking it could be my sun roof drains or something like that but I am unsure and it will cost me $400 to replace windshield and $800 for rear window. Can anyone HELP ME PLEASE before I drop a lot of $.

Can't you have the windows removed and resealed? The frost is from moisture inside the cab. It could just be from slush and dampness on the floor. The cab acts like a greenhouse when the sun is out and theres no where for the moisture to escape.
Do you have glass coverage on your insurance?

^ what he said. You need to park it inside long enough to dry it out or look into replacement carpet and such.

Try throwing some damprid in the truck, sounds like this is caused by residual moisture from the leak. You may have to pull your seats out and get everything dry.

I was having the same problem. When i lifted my floor mats, the carpet was soaked. Mine was a combination of the 3rd brake light leaking and the rear window seal. Siliconed the 3rd brake light and $125 for a professional to re-seal the back window and everything is finally dry. The window guy said the factory rear window seal is a known problem on '04 F150's

Are you sure it is still leaking from under the windshield?
We have had a crap load of snow lately, I went out to my truck this morning and saw frost inside my truck just from the snow that melts inside the truck off my shoes, and other passengers, and then refreezes when the temps drop again.
Obviously with a history of leaking windows, I would look there 1st, but maybe try shaking out your floor mats/ vacuuming up the floor to remove as much moisture as possible.
Just a thought for another place to look before going nuts looking for a leak that is tough to find.
