Default Help changing plugs and coils

I'd figure I'd ask here before I take it to a shop but I have a 2005 ford f150 with almost 150,000 on the clock and it's missing so I figured it's due for a plug change and coils done. I've read about the 2 piece plug problem. Looking for somebody who has done it before and knows what there doing that could help me and lives in the central Kentucky area . I will pay

This is something that you can do yourself. Before you start go buy a lisle tool and watch the youtube video on how to use it. Also watch the autolite video on youtube. Make sure that you have several extensions and a good universal joint. I did mine and broke 3 plugs but with the tool they came out pretty easy

I have no problem doing it myself but unfortunately I'm disabled I'm 26 had a bad car wreck broke my neck spinal cord injury I walk with a cane so I'm unable to stand for real long periods not looking for a sob story or anything but most of the time I do my own work but this I might need a little help on my best bet may just to take it to a respectable shop that can do it
