Default Help with buying this 04 Lariat

I've been looking around and reading a lot on this site for the past 4 months just haven't posted much. I am planning on getting an F150 in the near future. I ran across this amazing deal, but just a little concerned about such a low price. Here is a link to the ad:

http://tricities.craigslist.org/cto/2850601433.html

I have been talking with the owner and he said that the reason it is priced so low is that his wife lost her job and can not make the payments on it now. It has a 6" rough country lift professionally installed. Stock gears. Leather interior and the center console shifter. I am planning on going to look at it on Saturday. He did tell me that the plugs have not been changed yet so that is also a factor on the low price. I know that cam phasers are sometimes a problem for the 5.4L so is there any way to check for that other than just hearing the clicking noise?

Also, what else should I look for or ask him?

Thanks!

'lots of aftermarket extras' usually equates to 'mish-mash of stuff I threw on it when I had money vice an actual build plan; and I beat the **** out of it'.
