How much did you pay for your truck? You really wanna go cheap with the parts you're going to be installing on it? Do it right the first time and save yourself some real big headaches down the road. I saved up for a full year to get what I actually wanted. Sure it was tough and I'm a pretty impatient person, but I knew what I wanted and saved up until I had enough to get it.

The short answer is NO.

Yeah you can lift the rear with blocks or springs or both, and that's cheap to do, but the front has to be done properly. Anything over 3" in the front requires your differential and lower control arms to be dropped down, to keep all of your driveline angles right. Usually, spacers are added in the driveshaft and front half-shafts to accommodate the lift.

If you were to use a 6" spacer (which they don't make) in the front, your half-shafts would be at almost a 90 dgree angle to your steering knuckles.

I would recommend getting a good kit from a reputable company. Pay a little now or a ton later.

Thanks. I replied to your message posting, but I do have receipts out in my truck so when I get home tonight I'll post exactly what I had done to the truck and the costs. It is tough and I understand, but in the end you'll thank yourself so much that you saved up and did the truck up right. Remember once you start modding your truck you are probably gonna have it for a long time because no one will actually give you what you think it's worth.
