Default Help

I need help I have 04 f150 screw that I put a hbs 2.5" leveling kit in a month ago and I brought it into my local shop to have them put on a used set of 35/12.5/18 and fix my iwe solenoid so I thought , they had to put in a new 4wd actuator and wheel bearings but the mechanic said it was because of the level he also said at full turn my upper control arms were hitting the strut and that my ball joints were so bad they were rubbing through. So what do I do now do I take the level off or is there something else I can do
