Default help

When my motor isn't completely warmed up it miss fires badly (when I step on it) and make a noise that sounds a lot like gravel hitting my wheel well. The check engine light doesn't stay on it did once but I was told it was a coil by the dealer so I replaced that and I replaced the fuel filter. Any ideas would be nice it's a 07 5.4 with 70xxx

I don't like the fact that you say it only does it when before the engine is fully warmed up, have you put an actual oil pressure gauge on it to measure pressure? The dash gauge only is not the way to check your pressure, you need to check with an actual gauge at the fitting near the oil filter.
