Default HELP! 2004 F150 grinding on deceleration

I am having issues when I am driving ~40 mph or above and I let off the gas I hear a grinding noise somewhere in the front I believe. When I hit the gas again the noise goes away. I have had an iwe problem in the past but this isn't the same. 2wd or 4wd doesn't matter. Any help is appreciated.
