I installed these. They dont increase height.
They are Airlift Aircells. I did this instead of air bags.
I had 27 sheets of 1/2 4x8 drywall in the bed and with these the bed dropped just about a little over an 1-1/4" from measuring empty to full. Thats just over 1/2 a ton in the bed.

I bought some replacement springs for my 07 from sdtrucksprings.com and they have been on the truck about two months. I got the 1900 lb springs which are 400lbs more than the stock ones I think. They also have the 2400lb springs. So far ride it the same. There is a little squeaking but once I put some WD-40 on them they stopped for a little while, just need to put some better grease on them. The other website I looked at is thesuspensionking.com

I just checked out that link to Raptor Performance Group. $1,400 for a set of springs is far too steep for me. I was quoted $1,100 from the dealer for everything to bring my truck back to stock, and that was with a discount. I think the $200 SD Truck Springs will be sufficient, since they have the 2400lb capacity. That plus a set of Firestone Ride Rite airbags and an onboard compressor will bring it up to around $1,000.

Remember the springs are usually sold by each individual set. So the $200 is just for one set of springs. You need to get two sets not just one or you will be shocked to see only one spring on your doorstep haha I'm not sure if that makes sense...

S**t! I forgot about that! Thanks brother! I guess after a set/pair of springs and an Airlift compressor, Firestone Ride Rite and such it'll probably be closer to $1,400!

Here is what I found out from RPG... The spring rate and load will be very similar to the Raptors because its built for performance.. That being said they did a custom set for me with their HD Springs for $1,100 and built for a load
