Do have a question. Experiencing a slight grinding type noise when accelerating from a complete stop. Seemingly random. Any ideas what could cause this?

That grinding is either your IWE's for your front 4WD, or the rear diff needs the fluid changed.

Is grind from stop especially noticeable if starting from a dead stop, on pavement, and into a turn (and not grind if starting going straight forward)? If so, as previous poster mentioned, you probably need diff fluid change with proper friction modifier added in.
