Headliner Leaking

My 04 Lariat has a leak in the back, up by the rear window. When I wash it the water comes through. I really think that its from when the XM antenna was installed on my truck. It was installed before I got the truck and its the only thing that I can think of that would cause my leak.
Its actually probably the seal to your 3rd brake light. this problem is very common. I tried sealing it with some silicone but didnt use enough apparently...I bought a new LED 3rd brake light online (mostly just because I wanted one, not due to the leak) and it had a thicker foam gasket on it and I havent had the leaking since

I have water leaking from my front dome lights and just noticed water in the center dome light also. The most plausible cause is the rear brake light, I hope.
What's the best way to check where the leak is coming from? If it is the rear light, could I use this as an excuse to get a new LED brake light?
