So it's body security module, both female and male connectors are corroded. Whats my options now guys?

clean and treat the corrosion.. or replace the connectors/module

Can I buy a used module on ebay and have it re flashed? What should I look for?

Clean the connectors good and see if it fixes the problem before you start buying parts, you may not need them. Then look to see what caused the corrosion and fix that so it doesn't happen again.
