Default headlights question need help

OK guys I have a stupid question. My low beams work but when I switch to high beam only the left side works. Do I need to just change the bulbs or do I have a different problem? Also is there only one bulb for the hi and lows

Did you look in your manual? It lists all replacement bulbs. One bulb, two filaments.

Sounds like bulbs to me but usually it's the low beam that goes out (except it does happen with the highs from time to time). From memory, I believe high beams use 1 fuse (F35 - 20A) so it's more likely a broken wire, plug contacts bad, or bulb... I'd start at the bulb (as I'm more convinced it's probably just that).

I think he means to say dont touch the glass bulb at all. Grease spots from fingers burn bulbs out pretty quick.
