Ok that means the fuse is blown , the dash lights are the same fuse that way you know you have no running lights . you have a wire shorted out somewhere in your parking lights ... Are they halo lights where you had to tap into the parking lights ? And did you use the cheap little clips that slice into the wire ? ... I'm thinking it was fuse 16 but I could be wrong so check your owners Manuel..

Yea they are the halos and I didn't install them myself..it looks bad the way they did it...in the morning I'm going to give it another shot of figuring out this madness lol thanks for all the help I will let you know how it ends up and also I checked the the bulb in my headlight to see if when I baked it..it burnt out or something but it was fine so idk y that won't light up I might end up going and getting another bulb tomorrow just to try it.... Thanks again for the help

You baked it with bulb still in it ? That could definitely be the cause . I would pick up some spare fuses also ... If that doesn't work check your wires to make sure one didn't get pinched when reinstalling the headlight.

Ok so got a early start today on trying to figure out this madness...I checked all the fuses and none of them are blown...I also put a new bulb in the headlight and that does not work as well..soooo lost. Someone on this thread said something about the blinker relay may be the issue. I see where the relay is but could that be the problem on account of my blinkers do work..??..??

Sorry fer the intrusion but ...
Can I ask how you are checking fuses? The best way, since visual inspection can be dicey, is a test light or DVM to each test pin on the fuse to ground. Even direct replacement takes a back seat here, as a faulty circuit could just blow the fuse again - hence the red herring.
good luck
