the rear set of O2 sensors will be extended all the way back behind the new cat, where you will have to drill and weld 2 nuts to the exhaust tubing for the O2 sensors to thread into. There is no better way to flow exhaust out of the motor than full length headers. Full length headers look and sound awesome, just a pain in the *** to get everything goin in the right direction, as far as emissions go.

when you say behind the new cat, do you mean you have to add new ones. i thought the long tubes basically remove the cats. why add some? is it because of a legal thing. what kind of hp gain does a setup like this run.

that sucks, i was considering buying those, but i thought it would be a pure bolt on thing. i dont own a welder and dont really want to fork out the hundreds to have a shop do it.

I agree with DHFF about the torque issue, There's no doubt about it long tubes win in the torque dept. But the short tubes are better than the factory stockers anyday. But it depends on the cost. Either way will net gains. On the long tubes if they don't make a cat pipe for it you could make a cat pipe at a good muffler shop. Again, cost weighs in again. I'll probably just go with shortys on mine.

we use to have the whole emissions testing BS, but about 10 yrs ago or more but they tossed it. ky is a pretty broke state so they cut funding for alot of crap around here to brake even.
