Default Headers

what is the difference in shorty headers and mid length headers? I having to fix an exhaust leak at my manifold so i am going to just buy some aftermarket headers but the ones i like are saying mid length headers. Help me out thanks

Shorties bolt to the stock exhaust flange. Long tubes go all the way under the truck. Mids stop somewhere between. And most likely won't bolt to the stock location.
I too have an exhaust leak not sure if it's manifolds or if it's on the pipe flange. I want to go with long tubes because they help with low end torque. and I don't have converters to worry about.

Pacesetter makes a long tube for the 04-06 trucks. Can someone tell me y they won't work on my 07?

Never mind the desc. Says 04-06 the application chart says 05-10
