I've got a torque wrench and am going to go 3 stages, 50/75/100 ft,lb. I'm also going to put the rear axle up on stands and remove the rear wheels simply for convenience. I'm excited to see the results! I'll be back this weekend hopefully with a writeup. If not I'll at least take some pics lol.

BTW 2WDs don't come with blocks only the 4X4s do.
04-08 4X4s have 1-7/8" = 1.875" blocks in the rear.
09-14 4X4s have 1-1/4" = 1.25" blocks in the rear.
