I assume your truck already had this option, and your existing power pedal assembly was bad. For anyone wanting to add this option to their truck that did not have it, it will take more then just the pedal assembly to make it work. You'll need the cluster cover with the switch (available on eBay used; just have to find your color, or paint it to match), and if you have a certain model (example: Lariat, HD, Platinum, and maybe others), it may be pre-wired for this option, making it somewhat plug and play. For those who have an XL or STX, its doubtfull the wiring is there for this option, but it can still be added in.

Bucko,
You are correct, but if your are intelligent enough and have the capability to do such. It is very easy to do the swap.I do have a 2008 STX that I purchased new, to date only 29,000 miles on it with many mods on it. But thanks for your concern.
Forgot to mention, my truck was prewired, even had a fuse in the #109 spot. I moved switch to the right side of steering wheel.

EBC-150,
Yes. Your truck might be prewired. You can pull the panel and see if the loom is there on left side. The wiring diagram can be found on line. The switch and pigtails can be purchased from Ford reasonably. Pedals check ebay.
I had purchased a very low mileage set a while back but were not HD, always loved HD pedal pad covers. So when I found these assemblies at a good price I had to have it. lol. Am ordering brake and e brake covers from Ford for about $90.00.
I cut my panel for the switch on the right side instead of left as on factory panel. Had a nasty accident at work and had 90% amputation to the left hand, so factory location would be very inconvenient for me.
If one is patient and keep checking online you might get lucky and find a good deal. LOL
Good luck,
Jack
