Default hard starting 4.6

When my truck sits a couple hours i have to crank a few times to get it started . I've changed throttle body and fuel rail pressure sensor. I thought a weak fuel pump but it runs fine after I get it started . It threw a fuel rail pressure sensor circuit . Code a few days ago. Then light went out . Removed fpcm its not corroded.
Any ideas would be appreciated .

Any idea what the fuel rail pressure is supposed to be? I have a rough idle and the fuel rail pressure is fluctuating between 38 and 41 could this be a bad FPDM causing this? Fuel filter has around 15k or less on it and I run fuel system cleaner through at least once a month

Almost positive the pressure is supposed to be anywhere between 30-45.

Don't put anything in your fuel tank other than gas. Dumping bottles of snake oil is doing nothing but lightening your wallet.
