Let's see some better pics. I can't tell exactly what it is. I see diamond plate and a ford emblem.

I really like polished diamond plate. I have it on my bed rail caps, tailgate cap and have a diamond tool box in the back. Its starting to get a little dull, and I need to polish it one of these days soon. Sure looks good when it's shined up though.
