Default Guidance needed

I recently in the last few days replaced the entire ac system Dryer,Hoses Condenser, Compressor..all new high and low switches put the correct amount of pag 46(8oz) in system and a new orifice tube. Vacced down for two hours and its sat for 1 hour everything sealed great all new o rings with Nylog lubricant, System would only take about about 27 ounces of the 134a the sticker on cowl says.Compressor will not engage. How do you jump compressor. My gauge readings are about 150 on High port the low pressure gauge shows about or near 3/4 around the dial. Any ideas?

there is a 2 prong plug on either the hi or low side...cant remember but, up-plug it and jump the 2 pins...your compressor should kick on.
