You need to list all of your performance modifications; tires, intake, exhaust, etc. Tonneau cover, AVS vent shades, Weathertech floor mats, and mud flaps are not performance mods.
The custom calibrations is referring to how you intend on using your truck and what type of gas you want to use.
Most people have a tow tune, customized for the type and approximate weight of the trailer. This can be 87 or 91/93 octane.
Next is a performance/MPG tune customized for how and what type of you driving you do most of the time. This can be 87 or 91/93 octane.
Then most people also have a max performance tune. This one is usually written for 91/93 octane.
When Edge releases the CTS for the 09-10, here's my tunes:
1. Custom 87 performance/mpg
2. Custom 87 towing (for my 4-5000 lb boat and associated load; like 300 lbs of beer)
3. PHP's standard 91/93 performance (I will never use it)
There's a LOT of really good information on PHP's forums...

One thing I forgot to mention, make sure you tell PHP how you drive (lead foot, easy on the gas, etc.) and where you will do most of your driving (mostly city, highway, rural).
This will help him set the shift points and the TC lockup points. While you're at it, let him know how firm you want your shifts.

well i was looking at the site last night and it says 4-6 for custom tunes!!! so i talked to one of the guys from this forum and he told me just order a reguilar gryphon just canned the stock one and then order the custom tunes later and he will email them to me? becuase i dont want to wait that long

Yep - the canned will be way better than stock and the customs will be downloaded via Pegasus (their client-server application). When they are ready, they will e-mail you and you will download them from their server, directly into the Gryphon. The custom tunes will replace the canned tunes. Make sure you tell them which positions you want each tune in (1, 2, or 3).
