Growling noise when slowing down between 30-50km
Hey Guys
I just installed a 2.5" block on the front and 3" blocks on the rear of my 06 f150 4x4
I was out driving today and I noticed that when I slow down between 30-50km I can hear a faint growling noise almost from the front of the truck
if im going faster than that it isn't there.
I crawled under my truck and checked all the suspension everything is tight, one thing I did notice is that when my truck is on the pavement I can turn the R/F axle by hand a tiny bit
The L/F if I try to turn it by hand it doesn't move at all. The truck is also in 2wd when im doing this. ( By turning the axle I mean trying to rotate it either clockwise or counter close wise )
Other than that, truck is good ( minor clunking over bumps but I am pretty sure I need new sway bar links )
Shouldn't I be able to turn the axles a tiny bit when the truck is in 2wd?
what could it be, axle nut to tight? ( I did torque to spec )
