Default Grinding noise when turned all the way right

Whenever I turn the wheel all the way to the right to back in to my parking spot, there is a grinding noise. It sounds like a wheel bearing or something going bad. I looked under my truck and it looks like the steering stop is being worn down. I don't think that is supposed to happen. It does make the noise when the wheel is cranked to the left just not as bad. Anyone have this problem? I am taking it to the shop soon but I am trying to see if I can figure it out before then.

Have you checked to see if your IWE is working properly?

It wound up being the left front wheel bearing! Replaced that and the sound went away
