In the steering wheel and well you can feel it in drivers seat and pedals

If you can jack up the front end try shaking both tires (separate) left to right and up to down to see if there is any play.

Some things could be issues could be tie rods, ball joints, hub, bearings, Control Arms, etc..

So get under the truck to see if you see any busted boots or play.

I'm gonna say a stuck caliper. Better check em out. One of mine was very deteriorated. Does it happen cold or only after you drive for awhile?

I'm gonna go under truck here in a little while I'm gonna check for front wheel play check all the u joints I did put her in 4wd today and didn't get any strange noises so idk what I did this time lol

Have u checked ur brakes? Sometimes when the caliper freezes it makes a grinding noise. Of course you'll feel it in the pedal since ur trying to accelerate while ur stuck caliper is not letting go of the rotor. Check them, then check back in with the findings
