Yes you need to get a new grill. I have the same color truck as you and I have one in mind that I think is gonna look badazz. Im gonna go black billet on mine with the blacked out headlights.

Here you go, I had the honeycomb style not the bar style that you have, but they make this grill for both. I just went on ebay and picked up this two piece combo for $130.

This is what I have, 6pc billet grille inserts and bumber insert. Thinking about getting rid of the H-bar grille.

Personally I prefer the Street Scene grilles, but I like the one piece better than the 6 piece grilles.

check ebay for the cheapest, but get pictures from the seller first, mine was only $50 total with shipping.

HELL YES my man! What is the name indeed for that set? It is bad! Need to get me one of the those mos def.

And to BakerBob, I would certainly get ride of that silly-looking (in my opinion, no crack on your truck tho!) H-bar style grill. I think it just clashes with the truck's line and just looks cheap and "plasticy". I have no idea why Ford decided to put those on the FX4 & STX?!

Fiddy, if I were you (but of course I'm not) yeah I would toss the H-Bar. It really clashes with the clean lines of that nice billet grille behind it and with the rest of the truck, although I must admit that it does look better since you have the horizontal running billet bars as oppossed to the honey comb + H-Bars that B.Bob has.
