Grill-Mounted Light Bar

Here's how I did mine. I originally had 2 big honkin' halogens behind the grille but switched to a 20" LED bar. I used a piece of square tubing, and notched out one side, and used the bold that holds the headlight in. Drilled holes to align with that bolt hole, then drilled for the bar. Originally, I wanted the bar to be on top of the tubing, but it did not clear the radiator, so I went with plan B. Note that it looks like the bar is being blocked by the Ford logo, but it's just because of the angle of the picture! Cheers!

I have a. 30" led bar mounted behind mine and it looks great!
Pics to come.
30" bar from amazon and so far even without sealing it no moisture build up and it works GREAT! It's a bit overkill, which I think is great! Wired into a switch
Where the small coin holder used to be just behind the gear shift (4.2l)
