Default Govenor delete/bypass

Can some one help me or explain how to delete or bypass the governor on a 07 5.4 no i need a tuner a chip or something ? My truck shuts off at like 98 I wanna go faster

i think the edge ct will take that off for you . but take a look at you tires to see if they can handle speeds over 100mph most truck tires are not . heres a ling for the edge

My ford is a emergency response vehicle. Im allowed to use due regard while responding to emergencies. I have LED lightbars and strobes. With all that I'll never run that fast. I even have upgraded brake system and performance shocks for handling curves better.. Even with 15 years experience, I never want to go that fast on a public road.

I believe the edge evo has a limiter adjustment. I've never used it on mine... I've never hit the limiter either. Lol I can ask my local fire crew if they use anything... When my 04 avalanche burnt down they were here pretty quick
