Indeed, sir. Not only was my truck damaged, but I was late to work, will be without my truck while it's repaired, and was and am still physically sore. Also, I assume this will probably find its way onto my vehicle history report, which will lead to a depreciated value. I think everyone is entitled to fairness when victimized in an accident.
