Need to fix the style of look on my 2006 F150 XL. I want it to stand out but not this much!! I want it to look like an XLT if possible.

so are you saying you need some xlt mirrors? i have a set for sale. just pm me if you're interested. but either way, you need to get different ones. they look better than the flag style ones.

Chrome bumpers, different wheels and an XLT grill will make it look more like and XLT.

Anyone think I should replace the tail lights??

I have never been a fan of those "euro" style taillights, I think they are tacky. But thats just my personal opinion, to each their own.

I dont mind the tails but first thing I would do is get new bumper or get yours painted. But I see they have some dents so id go to ebay and get a chrome front and back bumper, at the same time I would get regular xlt mirrors, towing mirrors on your 2wd look dumb to me. To carry on with that I would get new wheels and tires. Black wheels would look good or chrome if you get chrome bumpers. They can be picked up alot of times on ebay or craigslist at a fair price. I think if you shop right you could do the whole project under 2 grand. If you get new your looking at 4 id say

I think they taillights look fine. Unless YOU don't like them I'd keep them.
