I have 35x12.5x17, when they had under 8k miles they drove smooth on road but now I have vibration issues around 45-50 mph. I keep them rotated every 3-5k miles. I know the issue are the tires because when I put my summer wheels/tires on I have absolutely no steering wheel shake or vibration at any speed in my truck. I will say, the MTR performs great in snow, mud, rocks but ice not really.
I bet a balance will fix your problem. The same symptom was how I learned to have the balanced about every third or fourth oil change.

I talked to a local guy here that has these MTR's but in a 38 inch tall tire... He told me of a local shop the uses some kind of bean bag to balance the tires...it's suppose to be the same way semi-truck wheel & tires are balanced.

I've had it rebalanced 3x and its the same. Got them at Discount Tires and they've rotated and balanced them but to no avail, problem presist. What's odd is that same days no issue and other days it happens. Even tried putting more weight on the wheels.
