I'm cleaning some of these post up guys. Take it to the PM's to settle your difference's. There are not benefitting this members questions so I deleted them or edited them.

No more bashing between you two either.

to the OP, read through tirerack.com's buyer reviews, you can search by your truck.

if you want an more aggressive tire with a better ride, get a P rated tire vs a LT and you will get a better ride than your previous experience...

I agree with the previous posters recommending MICHELIN.........LTX AT/2
I have LTX with over 80,000 city miles and still have 30% of the tire remaining!

I've bought many brands of tires for my company vehicles over the last 50 years.....
TRUST ME ON THIS ONE......
MICHELIN.......MICHELIN.......MICHELIN........ did I mention MICHELIN?!?

They are probably the MOST expensive to purchase, but by the time they wear out, they are the cheapest to own with the best "service"!

I run the BFG All Terrains. They are quiet, last long, durable, look cool, and handle well off road......... What more could you want from an AT?

Thats why I bought the Firestones. Great ratings for them.

I actually bought them cheaper locally than on Tire Rack's site though. It seems like their truck tire prices arent cheaper than local places.

I've got BFG AT's with over 40k miles on them and are only half worn. Amazing tires, and I drive close to a hundred miles a day on my commute. They go through everything but South Louisiana swamp mud!

Im running Goodyear Silent armor. Quiet on pavement good on loose gravel and trails. Have run BFG AT's and are vrry compareable. Can never go wrong with with this tire.

Also ran the Cooper ST for awhile, no complaints. If I remember correctly, they "hum" a little louder than the BFGoodies and seemed to slick over more easily in the mud. But it's been years, so don't quote me on that.
