Do NOT use Turtle Wax Trim Restorer. It sucks! I tried it and it left streaks down my doors every time it rained. It's taken 15 washes to get that crap off.

I just sprayed Krylon Fusion on my tailgate handle today. I am doing the door handles tomorrow. I will take some pictures.

Note definitely taken lol. My buddy recommended either mother gold or meguiars. He said he did it on his dads truck before he painted the whole truck. I'd def like to see those pics though with the krylon fusion. Thanks again for the warning with turtle wax lol

Plasti dipped rear chrome bumper lasted about 2 years or so with only about a solid coat and a half....finally started peeling by the corners cause of tire kick up.I did some pretty aggressive, "snow wheeling" and, didn't get stuck!!!....just was moving slow for about an hour....Haha..I love plasti dip!!!! But I think your color truck would look sahhhhhhweeeet with black accents everywhere..

Thanks man. I love the way your bumper looks with the plastidip. I think I'm going to do both bumpers and the grill here in the next month or so. Eventually I'm thinking smoked headlights and taillights with a smoked led third brake light. I love a truck that's blacked out. Phenomenal look IMO.

And this one you can see the grille surround is flat black, I plasti dipped my hood drunk one time at like 2am camping and then did that part but never took it off... also a plasti dip tip the thicker the coat the easier it is to get off...
