Default Streaks on windows? Sun damage?

I have these streaks on my windows, they will not come off. Anyone had something similar and have a way to remove them? Check out the pics.

Could be scratches or could be that it needs a better cleaner.

I use a product called "Nothings Better". It is a fine powder that removes etching and water spots. It is (when I last bought) available at Napa.

Follow the instructions.
Do not use it on plastic or the rubber seals.

Go to Walmart or Target and pick up some "Bar Keepers Friend". It comes in a liquid or powder, either will work. Make sure you wash any dirt off the windows before starting.

Put some water in a clean spray bottle. Mist your window with water. Apply the Bar Keepers Friend to a damp rag (preferably a micro fiber towel) and apply it to the window. Apply moderate pressure while wiping left to right, up and down and in a circular motion (seems to work better when scrubbed in all directions). Get enough on that it looks like a layer of wax when dry. Let sit for a couple of minutes, then wet it with spray bottle wipe off with a clean micro fiber towel. Stand back, look at the glass and say, "Holy smokes that looks amazing".

I looked at that stuff before. I could have sworn it said not to use on windows or mirrors. Maybe it was a different one.

You are correct. Bon Ami should be not be used on glass.

I've been using Bon-Ami on automotive glass for 15 years and it's never sratched the glass.

I looks like hard water streaks maybe.... If so try vinegar on a small place and a new razor blade. Worked for me.
