IMO, buying the tool and doing this yourself will save you a ton of cash. I've read stories about $1300 plug swaps on these. If you are going to take it to a dealer call around and ask, better yet go to a couple and ask to talk to a tech. The dude might even do it on the side for cash while the service guys sometimes play stupid to get ya in.

it doesnt take a professional to change these plugs. It takes patience, and be mechanically inclined.

Whats the spark plug P/N for these trucks?

i would use the motorcraft personally, why risk them not runnin good when you can be safe with the motorcraft ones, just get the one piece plugs and you should be good
