Default getting very frustrated

ok my 2004 ford f 150 stared with mis fires no power a pinging sound when i got on it in the past 2 months have replaced 2 coil packs all the plugs done a complete tune up ...since this started a week ago replaced the 2 cmp sensors its not mis firing anymore but still have no power and it has iratic idle can anyone help

Clean your throttle body. Disconnect your batteries for a while. Plug it all back up and let your PCM relearn itself.

thanks but i had my battery disconnected for both the cmps ....is it possible my cats are clogged

Have you checked your FPDM? Fuel Pump Drive Module Located underneath the spare tire on the crossmember? A lot of people have issues with these during the winter months due to all the environmental factors. They tend to corrode and this can spark many issues. I wouldn't think it was your cats or you would have major loss of power. Just for S&Gs check this one part and if its corroded at all replace it. It will crumble in your hands.
