getting a new engine!
Well some of you might know by now my truck was having a major miss firing problem on bank two.
I bought the truck in May drove it 2 days nd it broke down, dealer is working with me and after 3 months, 3 dealers and a private mechanic trying to diagnose it; they have come to a conclusion.
The engine has a clogged oil duct of some sort due to negligent maintainence. Engine is shot. Dealer is covering cost for engine replacement and also getting the supercharger and all parts o to the new engine. It's coming with a 3yr/36k mile warranty, all parts and labor. Its been a headache but I'm happy to say the dealer I bought it from (seaport auto) is really comin through! I should have my truck by the end of the week! I can't wait!!

Awesome! Not all dealers are crooks. My local dealer has treated me very well the handful of times I have had to rely on them.

It definitly refreshing to get the news I got! I really thought I was gonna have to foot a bill on a new engine! But they went above and beyond, enough to earn my business next time I'm shopping for a vehicle!
